譚智勇,男,博士,教授,博士/碩士研究生導師。1974年11月出生,南京大學生理學學士,中科院原上海生理所神經生理學博士(師從吉永華教授),耶魯大學博士後(合作導師Robert LaMotte教授),印地安納大學斯達克神經科學研究所疼痛與離子通道實驗室研究員。2022年9月加入bevictor伟德官网。主要研究方向:慢性疼痛的離子通道調控機制與靶向藥物研發。主要研究成果:1)發現了外周傷害性神經元新型後去極化電位和TTX不敏感型複活性鈉電流,兩大類傷害性神經元新型興奮特性差異;2)化療藥物奧沙利鉑緻痛的及早作用機制及針對性防治策略,低腰痛的鈉鉀通道調控機制;3)運用電生理方法分離内源性Nav1.7電流,驗證了天然化合物的鎮痛效應和離子通道機制;4)酸敏感鈉通道作為主動脈化學感受器的分子感應器及其在原發性高血壓形成中的作用。相關研究成果發表于Journal of Neuroscience, Circulation Research, Pain, Molecular Pain, Journal of Clinical Investigation等專業學術刊物。研究項目:曾主持美國國防部,美國癌症協會,Showalter研究基金會項目,印第安納州脊髓與腦損傷研究項目,印第安納糖尿病和代謝疾病中心研究項目,參與主持美國國立健康研究所R01和Craig H.
